100% Auxerrois, it is characterized by a beautiful aromatic persistence, delicate and fresh.

Wine with a pale yellow color with white gold highlights.

Its nose is fresh and reminiscent of white flowers.

The palate is full of freshness and elegance, with beautiful aromas of white and lemony fruits.

It announces, as every year, the return of nice weather, the first aperitifs on the terrace, accompanied by tartes flambées or cheese boards and soon the first asparagus.

  • Serving suggestions / Wine : A nice gastronomic wine that will be served with happiness on spring entree roasted fatty fish, white meats and particularly asparaguses served with pork-butchery. It will match with any request for white wine. The Pinot Printemps can perfectly be served as aperitif, or just for the pleasure to share a good glass of Alsace wine with pretzels.
