Crémant d'Alsace - Clos Rosalys

Made from a blend of Auxerrois and Pinot Noir from the clay-limestone terroir of our Clos planted in 2014.

It has benefited from aging in 600-liter barrels, which gives it fat and roundness.

The minimum of 18 months on lath gives it a fine and delicate bubble, while the dosage at 0, will give it the freshness and the full expression of the terroir.

Toasted and gourmet aromas, a beautiful minerality and complexity, which make it a high-flying Crémant that will delight your celebrations and your festive moments.

  • Serving suggestions / Wine : The Crémant d’Alsace will be the jewel for all the special occasions: it will enhance through its discreetly fruited freshness the gastronomic meetings, from aperitif to the end of the meal. Through its pale gold colour, it is already symbol of festivities.
