100% Auxerrois, it is characterized this year by a beautiful aromatic persistence, character and roundness, like the hot and dry vintage we had.

Wine with a pale, light and spring color, it is limpid and brilliant.

Its nose is characterized by notes of fresh fruit, white flowers and vine peach.

It is a mineral and fresh wine, light and harmonious.

It announces, as every year, the return of nice weather, the first aperitifs on the terrace, accompanied by tartes flambées or cheese boards and soon the first asparagus.

  • Serving suggestions / Wine : A nice gastronomic wine that will be served with happiness on spring entree roasted fatty fish, white meats and particularly asparaguses served with pork-butchery. It will match with any request for white wine. The Pinot Printemps can perfectly be served as aperitif, or just for the pleasure to share a good glass of Alsace wine with pretzels.
