It is a wine with smoky, woody and toasty notes.

In the mouth, it is dry, mineral and saline, with a beautiful structure.

  • Serving suggestions / Wine : It will be perfect with sauce fish and various white meat (chicken, turkey, veal), veal kidneys, quiches, chicken fricassee, but also mid-cooked cheeses (St Nectaire).
  • Serving temperature : 10-12°C
