Alsace rosé made from Pinot Noir.
The wine has a pretty, slightly bluish pink.
On the nose, it offers fresh aniseed notes, fruit paste and small red fruits such as redcurrant.
On the palate it is tonic, balanced, with refreshing lemony aromas. It will accompany both cold starters, as well as grilled meats and fish.
