Steingrubler Grand Cru wines age well. They are rich in aroma, full-bodied and solidly-structured.

The Pfersigberg is ideally suited to Gewurztraminer. Its average water-retention, its soil color and its low humidity favourise the radiance of intense heat, which leads to early ripening of grapes.
