PINK PINOT (dry)

The purplish color of the Pinot Gris grape made us want to macerate on the same principle as Pinot Noir. Thus, it allows to extract on the one hand the color, but also more material and structure. Also called "orange wine", it is an unfiltered, fresh and fragrant rosé.

The deep pink color highlights the beautiful personality of this maceration wine.

The nose evokes stone fruit like plum and grilled and roasted notes.

The structure in the mouth is consistent, supple and balanced, for a whole that calls for gastronomy.

 

In order to keep more structure and substance, this wine has not been filtered.

Quetsch 45°

This large oblong blue fruit, with yellow and melting flesh ripens in October and is grown mainly in Alsace and on the hillsides of Haute-Marne and Haute-Saone.

The brandy produced is known for its lightness, its finesse and even its digestive virtues. It is in particular with plum brandy that a form of tasting has developed, very much in progress at present: the Long-Drink, which has, in a way, rejuvenated the use of brandies and has blossomed the products by expanding the range of their use.

In order to amplify its aromas as much as possible, this Pinot Noir 2021 was not filtered before bottling. It will therefore be slightly troubling and may possibly contain a small deposit.

Crémant d'Alsace Millésimé 2016

It’s resulting from the alliance of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and Pinot Auxxerois.

This cuvee is the fruit of a strict selection of grapes during the harvest. Moreover, the vineyards those are able to produce wholesome and perfectly balanced bunch, have been kept for this assemblage.

The grapes are slowly pressed, in entire bunch, grape variety by grape variety. The final assemblage will be choosing after the fermentation.

The final blend was chosen after the fermentations. The base wine revealed a seductive, fresh and lively nose with floral aromas and toasted notes.

Today, this Crémant offers a nose that is just as attractive, with buttery notes.

The palate is powerful, full-bodied, concentrated and unctuous, with a beautiful finesse of bubbles. The character of each grape variety is revealed and the fineness of the whole testifies the soil origin of this compound.

  • Serving suggestions / Wine : This Crémant will be the jewel of our range. It will be appreciate on aperitif and will mark all special occasions. With its discreet fruity, it will enhance the best gastronomic meetings. Through its pale gold color, it is at the same time a symbol of celebration and great ceremonies.

A forgotten and unknown grape variety from Alsace, we wanted to give it back its rightful place.

This Chasselas spent a few months on lees in the wood half-muid, the equivalent of a large oak barrel.

Its nose is fresh and floral, discreet and subtle.

It is a refreshing, thirst-quenching wine, with an impression of lightness on the finish.

Harvested over-ripe several weeks after the beginning of the harvest, it is a wine at once powerful and mellow.

Intense yellow color with golden reflections, very shiny.

Very expressive on the nose, this wine evokes ripe and candied fruit, notes of honey, candied pineapple and pepper.

On the palate, it is rich, concentrated, unctuous and remarkably balanced. The finish is very persistent, synonymous with great aging potential.

Pfersigberg wines are characterized by their body, their fruity, their aroma and their ageing potential.

Intense yellow color with coppery gold highlights.

The nose is discreet but ample and deep. It expresses some smoky and brioche notes, and suggests great potential.

The attack is rich and dense, the fruit concentrated, the whole structured and persistent. It suggests a very good aging potential.

Typical grape of Alsace, this wine is full bodied and well structured, ample and fat.

Clear, limpid yellow color with golden reflections.

Finely spiced nose, reminiscent of coriander and pepper. It also has floral notes reminiscent of rose.

Tender and harmonious, it will satisfy delicate palates and accompany Asian cuisine with strong flavors.

  • Serving suggestions / Wine : To discover on Asian cuisine, or on strong cheeses (Munster, French blue cheese). Its dry character also allows us to associate it with dishes, less common for this grape variety, such as oily fish and shellfish in lobster sauce, or even salmon terrines.

Mirabelle: this small yellow plum, sweet and fragrant, gives a spirit among the finest. His favorite lands are in Lorraine, Alsace and Franche Comté. Mirabelle plum from Lorraine has a regulated designation.

The locally distilled fruits come only from the Lorraine orchards and from two varieties: the mirabelle from Nancy and the mirabelle from Metz. It takes 18 kg of fruit, in principle, to obtain a liter of spirit. Aging takes 6 to 12 months in old oak barrels that do not color the product but soften the aggressiveness of its young age.

  • Serving suggestions / Wine : The plum brandy is appreciated pure. It also gives lots of character to cocktails and finesse to Long Drinks.

Packaged in a 150cl screen-printed bottle, it comes from the combination of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Auxerrois and the traditional method of making Crémants.

Planted in 2014, these Pinot Auxerrois benefit from an exceptional terroir and location.

The attack on the palate is subtle. The development reveals a mineral and elegant freshness which offers a beautiful aromatic persistence on ripe fruits.

In its youth, the wine is quite in accordance with its name, it has an untamed character (Hengst means stallion). Bottle-ageing softens, refines and tames it. It will astonish gourmets and connoisseurs by its ageing potential.

The pear brandy, from the Williams variety, is the most recent spirit but is now the most widespread. Aged in containers of sandstone or glass, its aroma is particularly fine and delicate.

The fruits should be harvested ripened, in these regions of predilection that are the Rhone Valley, Anjou and the South West of France. 28 kg of pears are needed to obtain one liter of brandy. Its fragility requires that the fruit be picked and transported with care.

  • Serving suggestions / Wine : The bouquet fades a little over time, so do not keep it too long. Williams pear, even more than other fruit brandies, in general, must be consumed at a very low temperature (6 ° to 8 °) because its aroma is particularly revived by the cold.

This beautiful Pinot Noir comes from the Grand Cru Hengst and aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.

Coming from the Grand Cru Hengst, this typical terroir and its south-facing orientation give this Pinot Noir great aromatic power and great concentration.

Vinified, then aged in oak barrels for 12 months, it will amaze gourmets and connoisseurs with its length.

 

The name Equus (horse in Latin), is given to this beautiful Pinot Noir in reference to the plot of Grand Cru Hengst (stallion in German), from which it comes.

BUBBLE GUSH

BUBBLE GUSH

Natural sparkling wine called “Pet’Nat”.

It is a sparkling wine which has completed its fermentation in the bottle.

Unlike the traditional method, it is not a 2nd fermentation in the bottle to obtain effervescence. The Pet’ Nat’ starts its alcoholic fermentation in vats, then we bottle it so that it finishes directly in the bottle. There is also no bleeding, resulting in a slight veil and it is directly marketed with its metal capsule.

Bubble Gush is made from Gewurztraminer. It is thus fresh, light, fruity, perfect for an aperitif, a festive moment, or a simple desire to share a bubble of pleasure with friends!

Alsace Pinot Noir has always been a light and fresh wine with red fruit aromas and soft tannins.

This 2022 vintage offers a garnet red color with matte and intense purple reflections.

The palate stands out with its freshness. Both full-bodied and elegant, this wine will go well with both simple dishes and grilled meats.

In order to maximize its aromas, this Pinot Noir was not filtered before bottling. It will therefore be slightly trouble and may possibly contain a small deposit.

It is a delicious and fresh red wine, a blend of Alsatian Pinot Noir and Lledoner Pelut.

The robe is ruby in color, of sustained intensity.

On the nose, the wine first opens with lovely aromas of red berries and grenadine, followed by spicy and peppery notes.

In the mouth, we find on the attack these notes of red and black fruits (raspberry, cherry, blackcurrant…) with a beautiful structure and a beautiful aromatic persistence. It is also characterized by beautiful, ripe tannins, a sign of good maturity and good health from the “hot” 2023 harvest.

Thus, the kernels transmit to the pulp the slight almond taste characteristic of the product. 18 Kg of cherries are needed to obtain one liter of spirit.

Like all low-sugar fruits, raspberries must go through maceration. The alcohol used can only come from wine spirits, in a proportion not exceeding 12.5 liters per 100 kg of fruit.

For the production of spirit, 8 kg of raspberries are legally required to obtain 1 liter of final product. Aged in sandstone vases or glass vats, the raspberry must be consumed young, that is to say 2 years after bottling.

  • Serving suggestions / Wine : Like pear williams, raspberry should be served fresh. The alcohol produced is of a very great delicacy and a very great flexibility of use.
